Exercise Connection DVD

The Exercise Connection was designed specifically for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). However, the exercises are just as important for the parents, educators, and physicians. The DVD presents the Five Components of Physical Fitness for Children and Adults with ASD, including a systematic approach to increase the child’s confidence and body awareness. You will learn over 25 exercises to implement at home, in school, or at the gym.
