Bridging the Employment Gap

After teaching exercise to those with autism, we soon realized they were becoming teenagers and adults. The new challenge that they were facing was that they lacked quality employment programs and job opportunities.

Using the confidence and routine developed with exercise, we pioneered a protocol that transforms companies to become autism-ready. Adding this dedicated workforce profoundly changes lives and inspires everyone involved.

We started with the legendary company, Hart Schaffner Marx, and are expanding to other companies to help them hire and train some of the 1-million that are ready, willing and able.
